I would say go with the field that you are passionate about. The more passionate you are about something, the more you will be focused and enjoy what you're doing. The more you enjoy it, the more you will do it. The more you do it, the more money you will make :) My personal opinion would be Interior Design. I purchased a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7. It recently got a virus. So reset it to get rid of the virus. Now whenever I try to change my desktop wallpaper it doesn't work. When I try to set one of my saved pictures by right clicking and selecting to set it as my desktop background, nothing happens. When I do the same thing from the internet, a warning comes up saying "access denied." I'm really frustrated by this. I tried finding the solution on various websites and they all say to go to run and to type gpedit.msc. I can't find it. So then I tried to find some "group policy" or something and I couldn't find it. Can anyone help me. Is there some place in settings to change the wallpaper settings. Im ver confused and frustrated. Should I change the date of my baby's 1st birthday?

My baby boy turns 1 on April 7th so we were planning on having his party on the 9th. A lot of our friends & family have said they would be there. However he burned his hands on Sunday & both hands are wrapped(looks like he has mittens on). Well if they aren't healed by then I want to change the date because he won't be able to dig in the cake or open presents. Don't know how they do it in other countries, but in the US a degree is not denoted after a person's name unless it is some form of a doctorate, e.g. Ph.D, M.D., Ed.D., etc. You would just list the degree in the section where you list your education.

Super heightened sense of smell - when does it go away?

I already had a sensitive nose going into pregnancy and let's just say, it has been excruciating at times, especially on those warm, melting snow days when evryone smells like wet mittens!!!!!! a hamsters adverage age to live is 1-2 years old. as my hamsters got older they went on their wheel less. she could just be tired. as long as shes eating and drinking plenty then she should be okay, my hamsters lasted till the age of 4 and they stopped going on their wheel when they was around 2 . i think it might just be tiredness, if your concerned about her maybe you should phone a vet. but my personal opinion that there is nothing to worry about as long as she is eating and drinking lots :D

One trip that intrigues me but the dates aren't good for me is a Celebrity (Millenium?) cruise from Fort Lauderdale/Miami with stops in the Caribbean, then through the Panama Canal and south stopping in Equador, Peru, Chile and ending in Valparaiso (Santiago de Chile). Seems to me it was 15 days departing 12/3. The rate was very reasonable since it is considered a repositioning. If I were a 17 year old boy again, and even the young lady, a trip through the Panama Canal would be a cherished memory.

Cat rubbing on almost everything!?

My female cat Mittens has been doing this since we got her. She rubs her mouth on my hands and other people hands, she rubs it on any sharp things she can find. Why though, I don't understand? Why are my periods so irregular?

I first got my period when I was eleven (Jan. 2007) and they were normal. I waited 28-30 days, and I would menstruate. It would last on average about four days. However, when I was thirteen (Jan, 2009) things started changing. The shortest I would wait for a period is 33 days. I bleed or three or four days, stop, and bleed again off and on for four more days. In February of 2011, I had two periods, none in March, and one again on April 15. I had one in May, and I just got off my period for June. I am fifteen now, and will turn sixteen in October. I am a virgin. Can someone point me in the right direction as to why this happens?

I don't look at all like i did when i was younger? much less pretty?

I know everyone is different but you said yourself that it got smaller. That's a good sign. When a mold, or birthmark, or wart changes in ways like they get crusty, change color, size (usually bigger), or become raised, then you have some concern. This is flat, small. My youngest daughter is a hypochondriac too. She's 35 and she realizes that she over reacts. It's OK to be scared. The Dr will put your mind at ease and I hope I did too. Good luck and God bless.

My 3 day old newborn not crying?

I went through the exact same thing. My baby daughter would just sleep and sleep, we had so much trouble waking her up the first two days. And when we got her home she would just sleep, as long as she's eating regularly it's normal. As for the breathing babies breath rapidly because they breath with their diaphragm. The grunts are also normal, my baby is the noisiest sleeper she grunts all the time i was told that it was all normal. as for the clammy cheeks she may just be a little warm check the back of her neck and see if its sweaty if it is then she's too warm. If you really are worried pop to the doctor or your health care visitor and have them check her over.

So my question is how is morphine measured (mg, ml, cc, etc) when given through an IV? And was in a normal dose? The last time I was in the hospital they gave me "400" of morphine and then about fifteen mins later another "400" of it. Also, try to make sure to pack a sandwhich or something for your husband (I mean remind him to pack one ;)). A good thing to do would be to make a list of foods you like and eat those more often. That way, when you have to eat, you'll enjoy the calories. If you aren't hungry, but you have to eat, try eating foods that will be good for your body. As long as you know that the foods will benefit your body, not make you fat, you won't mind eating them as much. To gain weight, you could also take up weightlifting. Muscle weighs more than fat, so that will help you gain healthy weight faster. I dont really know of a way to be hungrier, but I suppose you could try making delicious meals that make you want to eat. If you see food that you like, you'll feel hungry, even if in reality you aren't actually that hungry. Basically, you just want the taste. Im glad thay you are recovering from it. I can imagine how hard it must be and I desperately want you to succeed. It is great to know that there are people out there with the willpower to overcome anorexia. If one of the main reasons you dont want to eat is a fear of becoming fat, keep in mind that you burn calories just being awake. You even burn them sleeping. Ok, well I've had my bunny since like December, and my sister has also had her bunny since then, (we got them at the same pet store), and we never knew their gender. It is actually still unknown, and I think my bunny may be female, but it's a guess. They've been mating, though i don't know if they could both be girls/ both be boys or so. My bunny, Mittens, looks like he/she's building a nest. If they were opposite gender, I think one of them is probably pregnant. I went upstairs and saw that my bunny was being all crazy in her cage (they are in the same medium-sized cage!, we let them out in the morning in a really huge cage outdoors till it gets cold/dark) and my bunny is pulling cardboard from a box and putting it in a mini box/house in the cage. She keeps the cardboard in her mouth and rubs it all over the cage, on the door, wire cage walls, box, everything. I don't know why. We don't know the gender or if one of them may be pregnant!!! seems fine to me as your having twins, you probably wont use that many socks or mittens though just take the basics like babygrows and vests and if youll be in hospital longer then your husband can bring them more clothes. youll definately need more than 1 pack of wipes though, you get through one pack in about 2-3 days with one baby so its best to bring an extra just in case. good luck with the birth.

My hands feel like they are burning after they are cold. does anyone why?

I was outside shoveling snow today and when i went back inside my hands started to feel like they are burning. my hand Temperature does not rise when they feel like that. i have been inside for about an hour now and and they are still burning but not as bad. my hands are almost always cold- i sometimes have to wear mittens in the house. I'm just curious if swaddling is a mandatory type thing people do now? All the women in my family say they never swaddled any of their children but when I look online people talk about swaddling being a must do thing. We're fifteen. Been dating nine months. Generally, we hang out three times a week. We go to thE movies all the time. While it's fun.. It's getting expensive. The mall.. We're both at a mutual agreement that it's gotten pretty boring after only a few times going. We usually spend our time at his house, though. We often watch movies or tv there. And boy, are we bored after the movie or show is over.. We rarely come to my house as we get less privacy than at his. We would just sit and talk.. But we literally have ran every subject totally dry. And I'm not exaggerating, either. I am not a summer person at all. So.. I keep us mainly indoors. Occasionally we'll go hang out qt the local school's playground or we'll just take a walk.. But in my opinion, those are better suited for fall and winter, haha. We both don't care for bowling. I enjoy ice skating, but he does not. I absolutely hate swimming.. So none of that. Where else could we go that is indoors? Or what else could we do? Any fun games that you can play are appreciated, too. Or any fun variations of a bunch of cheap things would be nice, too. We've just totally run out of ideas..

How to get 5 month old to take pacifier/dummy?

My daughter is almost 5 months old I have tried every type of dummy to try and get her to take one. She prefers to suck on mittens bibs or blankets sometimes I manage to get her to take a dummy and when she does she enjoys it and uses it to get her self to sleep. The reason I would like her to accept a dummy is because I would like her to self soothe with the dummy rather than me having to rock her or bounce her or walk around with her. i don't like the idea of teaching her to suck her thumb because u can't take those away when there to old for it. I would let her suck her mitts but when she is asleep she had to be wrapped up tight otherwise she hits her self in the face kicks her legs and wakes her self up again! Please any tips?

Newborn clothes questions?

You're going to need many onesies. I'd get at least 6. Babies spit up, have explosive poops that leak up their backs, drool, & are practically little dirt magnets when they get mobile. As for sleepers, you can try them, but I never liked them. Feeted pajamas are good though. They keep her warm & let her move her legs when she becomes more active. You could buy newborn dresses, especially if you plan on having professional photos taken, but while she's still very small, you'll probably be at home a lot where they won't be necessary. Remember she's not a doll; my son hated having his clothes changed, even when he was soaked from spit up. As for mittens, I hate them & they're not recommended because they hinder baby's ability to feel textures & learn. They don't stay on well & if you just trim her nails, they're unnecessary.

i always watch the olympics whether its summer or winter. i prefer summer but thats beside the point. im from the U.S and ive always liked canada as a competitor. i was acctually in canada during part of the olympics and watched it when i wasnt busy. of course cheering for the u.s more but always canada second. my views of canada havnt really changed for say, but my views of the people and competitors did. back in 2010 i was a receational skiier and i enjoyed watching the skiiers compete. i now snowboard but prefer to watch skiing. it is so much more showy if you understand. it look better if a skiier does a double cork that a snowboarder. just my preference

7 weeks and feeling like I'm going to pass out?

I am 7w1d pregnant. I have a feeling that something isn't going like it should be. I've been running a constant feveer of about 100.5, no matter what medicines I take to break it. I feel like I'm getting the flu as well. My head is stuffy, I can't breathe out of my nose, and I've been going from extremely hot to shivering in a second. I have also been having horrible cramps in my lower stomach and a catch in my back. These cramps are WAY worse than my normal period cramps, but there hasn't been any bleeding. Last night, I took a warm bath and was only in there about ten or fifteen minutes. I got out because my head started to spin and my eyes were starting to go black. I walked to the kitchen and couldn't feel the floor under my feet, or my legs up to my knees. I had a temp of 100.8. After this, I felt really weak and sick to my stomach, so I sat down. When this didn't help, I laid down on the couch for a minute to rest. I was sweating heavily, but it felt like cold sweat. Maybe because I was burning up so much? I don't know. I continued to lay there and breathe heavily for a few minutes. Is this normal or should this be something I'm worried about?

Ok so my mum is a very clever knitter. She loves to knit and its her hobby. Anyway she always gets annoyed that I dont appreciate what she makes me. Question regarding chainmail gauntlets/mittens?

Do I have too much in my hospital bag for labour?

That sounds about right.I've had six children,5 normal births and 1 c section which I ended up being in hospital a week.Don't worry your husband and visitors can bring any thing in for you if you need to stay in more than a few days,and for twins it sounds enough.My first baby manged to wee,poo and be sick on his stuff every hour or so.The only thing I would say is to pack more knickers,the first couple of days you bleed really heavy,if you are having a c section I would buy big granny pants(gross to look at I know)but they won't rub on a c section scar while smaller bikini style pants will.I was grateful for having these with my section and ended up wearing them til my scar completely healed as I couldn't stand anything rubbing on my scar,jeans etc...were out for a month too.Also pack 3 packs of sanitary towels,personally after using maternity pads with my first baby I found them rubbish,I was wearing 2 or 3 at a time and every 15 minutes my pj's would be soaked with blood.Every baby since I've bought normal sanitary towel usually Allways night time ones for heavy flow and these have worked brilliantly but it will amaze you how many you go through.Best of luck with your twins,how lovely,x

Need help with turtle?

Ok. My turtle went threw the same thing idk if i did the procedures right but my turtle did heal. First I let my turtle dry out by keeping it out of the water for a good 15-25 minutes. Next i put the turtle on a cloth and took a needle. I then gently stuck the needle a little bit into it resulting in this liquid type stuff (lookes like that type of stuff human cuts if its really bad pus or whatever) coming out of the bumb. Gently squezze it until you think it is all out. Next put the antibiotics on top of where your stuck the needle in. Clean the tank fully with disinfectant and and any other stuff you usually clean your tank with. But before you clean your tank put the turtle in a sink or bowl with water to let it soak and get moist again. After your done with the tank. Put the turtle back in the water in the tank. Put the anitbiotics on every morning and every night for a week or 5 days. And in a matter of time it will be all better. Its not professional but my great grandfather taught me this and it works. Drying the turtle will reduce the pain.But it is really better to take it to the vet because of the risk of killing your turtle and head trauma. Since they are in medical business i think they can get discounts only costing them around $40-100

I've been knowing this guy for well over fifteen yrs. We're both in our mid to late twenties now. We grew up near one another and he is my older brother's best friend. im having constatnt lower back pain lots of braxton hicks i think thats wht they are im not sure though but im having one at least every 10 to fifteen minutes they are lasting 30 to 45 seconds they do not hurt but they are a little uncomfortable i dont know if this is relevant but i did hav a bowl movement a little while ago it was green soft and mucusy me and my husband had sex about an hour before my back started hurting ive tried walking it off i took a bath and am now keeping track of my contractions should i call the birth center or am i just over think things my discharge hasnt changed at all i did eat quite a bit of salty foods today idk if that helps at all but i have drank two 1.5 litter watter bottles

Is something wrong with my cat?

I have 2 cats. 1 is all black and 3-4 years old. My mom gave her to me and my grandparents because my little brother was always pulling her tail. When we got her she loved to play. The other one is gray/white striped 2-3 years old. So we went to the animal shelter a few years ago and got her. She was a little 5 month old kitten. Super playful. Well ever since she came into the house the oldest one, Anubis, has been acting strange. When she goes to the bathroom, she will never touch the litter. Always standing on the side. And she hardly eats. The younger one, Mittens, is a pig! So when Mittens is eating we try to put a bowl in another part of the house and get Anubis to eat. And they do not like each other very much. They use to fight, but now they ignore each other. She has become very distant. She is not so skinny to where you can see her bones though. She eats a tiny bit at night. We put a scoop down for her, but she only takes a few bites. My 'papa' grew up with lots of cat's and he said that 'she does not have very much longer to live.' I asked why and he said 'you can just tell.' Is something wrong with her?

Are my parents being dumb?

I'm 15 and I live with my mom and my stepdad. Were pretty rich but they ALWAYS complain about how I don't have a job when I can't even get one. I'm legally allowed to but who will hire a fifteen year old ? And whenever I'm at home to much they yell at me and tell me how I have no life and when I hang out with my friends they yell at me for never being home.
