Is it difficult to get a job for a fresher? I have finished my MSc Computer Networking course recently.?

Plz suggest any good agencies in Uk that can almost guarantee a job? I am ready to go to any part of the world. Moreover, are there any agencies in UK for finding a job in India. ( the interviews must be UK based). I am not greedy about salary. Any basic salary is enough.
