Can you get food stamps at 15 in oregon?

I'm fifteen years old, and I am pretty much homeless. I've been couch serfin for the past 3 weeks because I got kicked out. I don't like staying with ppl and not be able to contribute...so can you get food stamps when your 15? I know my friend who's 17 got theirs. Thanks!
