Im seventeen and my boyfriend is fifteen years older then me. and im pregnant. can he go to jail?

ive been seeing my boyfriend for awhile now and everythings been going great. hes my best friend and we always have a great time. he never rushed ANYTHING. he wasnt creepy towards me at all. all in all hes a great guy. the first time we had sex i believe we got pregnant. we decieded we want to keep it. were both very excited and happy. but i am terrified he will go to jail.. im turning eighteen very soon but by then ill be 8 weeks pregnant.. could he still go to jail and if so how?
