Im about 5'3 1/2 i weigh about 157 i want my stomach to be flat and toned . GIVE ME DIETS , IDEAS .?
HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO HELP ME PLEASE , NO HARSH THINGS PLEASE. I DO ZUMBA FOR ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES AND EAT FRUIT MOST OF THE DAY
