I now have McAfee Security Center (MSC) and McAfee antivirus on my Dell. They are both automatically installed?

Both are automatically installed and invoiced yearly. I am billed $86.39 for the MSC, and $53.99 for the anti virus. Yet, McAfee sells these downloads for, respectively, $69.99, and $39.99! Two questions here. Do I need BOTH MSC and the anti virus software? If not, which one should I keep? Second question; Am I being ripped off for the automatic downloading? Thanks!
