I am confused whether i should pursue BTech In Computer Science or MSc In Information Systems?

i need to know the scope and career prospects of both the courses... i was planning to pursue BTech In Comp Sc but someone told me of Msc in Information Systems being a good career option in place of BTech.......im really confused and need some advice.....please my careers at stake!! if u can suggest something eslse then please do!!
