How to organize my literature reviews for my Msc thesis?

I am currently on masters by research program. I find it hard to keep track of all the articles from journals that i have read (could reach up to 100 articles or more). Can anybody suggest me for a system on how to help organize them? I could really use some help from experienced postgraduate students. Thank you.
