How easy is to find a .NET developer job in Cyprus?

I am thinking of relocating from the UK to Cyprus. I am a software developer on .net with 2,5 yrs experience and MSc degree on computing. Is it too hard to find a job there? Seems like the only way is to relocate first and then look for a job since I cannot find much stuff remotely, or is the job market so small? I am talking about the southern part of Cyprus.
