Hospital bag question?early transfer home?

I live so close to the hospital so I'm going to apply to leave within 24 hours of the birth..Is this enough to bring?3 onesies,3 sleepsuits,going home outfit,2 hats,scratch mittens,2 pairs of socks,small towel,2 blankets...Think that is all I have packed..I'm 36 weeks..anything else I need for baby?also how many nappies should I bring?And do they supply each bottle feed while I'm there?anything else?wipes etc.?cotton wool? Thank you guys!
