Do you think I can do this course after my Bsc Human Communication degree?

I think I'm going to study the Bsc Human Communication degree at university, I wanted to ask whether or not I am able to do a Msc in either Audiology or Radiography after successful completion of the course? i've looked on website tried getting a few prospectuses but I can't seem to find anything has anyone out there done this course what do you think?
